"Fabulous and fail-proof!! Best chicken I have ever made. I cut up a sweet potato and added to the vegetables and it was delicious! The veggies were "charred" on the edges, but it gave them a nice roasted flavor. They were still sweet inside. I use a foil roasting pan when making this for ease of cleanup. Perfect!!
