"Like others have mentioned - cooking time is inaccurate - I cooked for one and 1/4 hours. I used one cup of heavy creme instead of milk, added garlic and topped with blue cheese crumbles 15 minutes before I took it out of the oven. Those minor changes/additions made it a delicious side dish.
