Like others have mentioned - cooking time is inaccurate - I cooked for one and 1/4 hours. I used one cup of heavy creme instead of milk, added garlic and topped with blue cheese crumbles 15 minutes before I took it out of the oven. Those minor changes/additions made it a delicious side dish.

Great flavor and moist. I left out the tomatoes and increased the wine. I also cooked in the crock pot on high for about 5 hours - leaving the lid on creating a nice balance of moisture.

Awesome! Beans take longer to cook then stated in the recipe. Didn't use the bread and the soup still tasted great.
