Reviewed Fusilli with Sausage, Artichokes, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

This recipe was a fast family favorite. I usually substitute italian ground turkey for sausage, to take the fat content down a little, and comes out delicious. I highly recommend this as an easy (but impressive) dish for company, served with crusty bread and a big green salad, or just a low-key night in. Makes awesome leftovers too, so don't cut t"

If you're looking for a chewy gingersnap, these are your cookie. I threw in a little bit of minced candied ginger to add a little flavor, and they come out beautifully. I would absolutely make these again."
