This recipe was fantastic. I marinated the steak over night for the full flavor. You've left off the sauce portion of his recipe. Only marinate the steak in half of the marinade and the put the other half of the marinade in a small sauce pan and reduce while the steak is grilling. The sauce gets nice and thick and is a very tasty toping to the "
