"This was simple and a great!! The only thing I wish it had more of is some Heat. So i'm going to have to add a spicier curry or some other spice to give it more bite. Also I wasn't too familiar with the Thai section in the grocery store. So instead of "Fish Sauce", which i couldn't find even after going to the seafood section, I used Fish Broth. Of Course when I got home and after making it I told my wife and she was like.. "Fish Sauce should have been in the Thai section" I didn't even think to look for it there. Oh Well... Very good... Very good....
