Reviewed Balsamic-Glazed Salmon
"An all around perfect recipe. Made it in the order she did on television (sauce on, fish in, finish sauce while veggies on) and it took exactly 25 minutes with prep. ""
Reviewed Meatballs a la Pizzaiola
"Great recipe! Would make an excellent, substantial appetizer""
Reviewed Fried Couscous Salad
"Great recipe, definitely adaptable. There were a lot of flavors and textures going on - although I love sun-dried tomatoes, I almost think they didn't need to be there, save for the color. I think it would great with just the basil, parmesan, and lemon dressing."
Reviewed Fried Couscous Salad
"Great recipe, definitely adaptable. There were a lot of flavors and textures going on - although I love sun-dried tomatoes, I almost think they didn't need to be there, save for the color. A very adaptable recipe as well - I can envision it with just the basil, parmesan, and lemon dressing."
Reviewed Marinara Sauce
"A perfect, tangy sauce. I use it with all stuffed pasta recipes as it's not too rich to weigh the pasta down. If you let it cook down further and blend with an immersion blender, it also makes a great pizza sauce.
Reviewed Fresh Pasta Rollatini with Spinach and Ricotta
"This was a huge success! Made it tonight for dinner, but think it would be a great appetizer as well. Used cheese cloth and it worked great. It took about 90 minutes start to finish and while the dough was chilling, I made Ina Garten's Marinara sauce recipe to go with it, which was fantastic. Great recipe, definitely a keeper.
Reviewed Fresh Whisky Sours
"As a former bartender, have to say this is the best sour mix I've ever tasted. Perfect!
