Reviewed Light and Crispy Fried Chicken

I don't know where I went wrong because the crust on my chicken fell off during frying and in oven. I was so dissapointed in myself because my family loves my chicken and I tried something diffrent and it did not work. Adding baking soda made it brown way to fast and once in oven 10-12 minutes is not enough time for chicken to be done.
