"Given that I absolutely adore coconut, I had to try this recipe. Thank God I read the reviews before making it, because it turned out divine! As suggested, I sprayed the pan with non-stick spray before laying down the crust. I opted not to use butterscotch chips and instead doubled the chocolate chips. I used walnuts instead of pecans, because that was what I had, and I went crazy with the coconut. I only used half a can of condensed milk. I waited about 15 minutes to cut and did not have difficulty at all, probably due to the spray. It was not too gooey at all--it held its shape and while it's certainly sweet, it would pair well with a nice cup of chai tea!
