Reviewed Three Cheese Stuffed Eggplant
"The recipie that I printed out only had the ingredients for the eggplant. It gave NO directions. How did he stuff the eggplant? Was it baked in the oven?? Was the cheese put between two slices eggplant pieces? Or, was it lasagna style?? What happened to the directions??"
