Reviewed Crisp-Tender Roast Duck with Cherry-Rosemary Sauce

Very good! Took the full 5 hours but well worth the wait. My husband who only had duck once before on our honeymoon, (40 years ago and hated it....said he would eat this again...I agree, I'd make it again in a heartbeat,,,the duck was moist and tender and the cherry sauce was excellent...Ted, you will not be chopped for this one!!!!
