Best Meatloaf EVER. For those of us who can't find (or afford) ground veal, I just used 1 lb of ground pork and 1 lb of ground beef. Regular bread crumbs work great instead of Panko, and I used dried Thyme. The only thing else I changed was waiting to put the glaze on until about 30 minutes before pulling the loaf out.
