Came out perfect i had to make some changes i used crushed crackers instead of bread crumbs, veggie oil instead of olive oil, and lime juice instead of lemon zest, and some dried herbs i had to use what was on hand. Came out great laid them on a bed of rice and made a quick dinner that everyone was pleased with. "

Me and my kids did this last night and it was fun they loved helping and its easy to make.
I followed the recipe except i had to use the vinegar trick to make buttermilk it came out perfect light and fluffy cake i feel my frosting was too sweet but that was my doing i used more chips than stated. "
