Reviewed Mini Pumpkin Cupcakes with Chocolate Frosting
"Help! Was this recipe tested for 12 full size muffins that it said could be made. I just made my second batch. The first fell right away - are very dense and can not be frosted. The second batch I cut down the pumpkin and added a little more cake mix. They are a little better - they fell and appear dense, but at least I think I can salvage and frost them....they are for parents weekend at my daughters college tomorrow.
