Really great comfort food! I used the big rigatoni and needed to add cook time to get them to the right tenderness. I did use sage instead - perfect. I used a butter substitute and was grateful that it didn't affect the consistency of the roux. I used a bit less sausage, and used half the cheese amount but with grated parm. reg. instead of ched...
