Reviewed Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu

"Really great! I used a grill pan inside and it was awesome. I used brie(thats what I had), but would like to have a stronger flavored triple creme cheese when cooking outside. This will be one of my staple recipes..would be great for company!"

Reviewed Alton Brown's Buffalo Wings

"Let me say that my husband is a wing expert!! He likes them a certain way and is often disappointed when we go out for wings...Lucky for me we don't have to go out for wings ANYMORE!!EVER!! These are the wing be all..end all, the alpha omega, the A-Z! He loved them! We like them a little hotter and added about a tablespoon of Death Sauce and incrased the hot sauce(we used Franks to 1/2 cup and added another clove of garlic..but kept the butter the same. We cooked the wings for an additional 10 min..Sheer wing perfection! Alton...you are the wing GOD!! Thank you!
