My Activity

Reviewed Raspberry Sauce

"I made this for my mother who is diabetic. Used splenda instead of sugar, and sugar free raspberry preserves. Added lemon zest and a little fresh lemon juice. Served over sugar free angel food cake. Everyone raved! This recipe is a keeper! Thanks again Ina!"

Reviewed Baked Fontina

"WOW! This had an amazing flavor! I love rosemary so I put a little more in than the recipe called for. I also took some of the advise in the other reviews, and added half the olive oil, and a couple of tablespoons of good chardonney. Ina, this was just amazing! Thanks agian for another go-to recipe!"

Reviewed Old-Fashioned Apple Crisp

"Wonderful. Next time will add the zest, and perhaps just a little of the citrus juice. It was a little runny. I loved the citrus taste, but it was a little much for my husband. But overall, one of the most flavorful apple crisps we've ever had!""

Reviewed Saffron Risotto with Butternut Squash

"This recipie is meant for company. Have a glass of wine with friends while gently stirring. We have often for dinner parties. The only adjustment we make is to not include pancetta or bacon. Ina does it again!"

"Easy, pretty, healthy and simply delicious! A go to recipie for spring and summer! "

Reviewed Turkey Meatloaf

"Wow! I made this for my parents, so they have something healthy and easy to heat up after my father has a bypass surgery. I used low sodium worcestershire sauce, low sodium chicen broth, and reduced sugar ketchup. I tried a small piece of the meatloaf and it is simply amazing - it does not taste like a healthy version of meatloaf. Wonderful! Ina, you have done it again!"

Reviewed Butternut Squash Ravioli with Crispy Sage Brown Butter

"Amazing!
We had dinner with a lactose intolerant person, so we substitued greek yogurt for the mascapone and skipped the parmesan. Even with the substitutions, it was a home-run! The dish is so gormet, but yet so simple. Emeril - You rock!

Reviewed French Toast

"I used heavy cream, and added nutmeg and cinnamon! Best French Toast ever!
