Reviewed Everything Jambalaya
"Great recipe. It had tons of flavor and was so easy to make. I used a rotisserie chicken, which saved me loads of time, and Cajun style andouille sausage, which had a nice smoky flavor. It didn't have enough heat for my tastes, so if you like spicy, definitely add in more cayenne or Tabasco than it calls for. The whole family loved this, so it's definitely a keeper."

"Loved it. It was so yummy and simple to make. I would definitely double the cornstarch though, otherwise the filling ends up a little runny.
