"I'm gonna give it a 5 already even though I haven't cooked it yet. I adore Alton Brown and anything he does is wonderful. I can 100% always trust his advice and tips.
I'm slightly confused on what type of ham to buy though. I'm on my way out to the grocery store now. I don't know if I should be asking the butcher for the meat or looking at the prepackaged hams in the water/juices bag. I wish I could have seen the beginning of the episode so I would know what type of ham to look for exactly. I've always purchased Honey Baked Hams so I'm new at this. Wish me luck!
