Reviewed Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes
"This recipe was very easy to make. I added a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the batter for some extra chocolate flavor. The chocolate ganache was also very easy to make and delicious.
I did not find that the cupcakes were not sweet enough or too sweet. I thought the amount of sweetness was just right, even with the added chocolate chips. I only had 8 ounces, and not 11 ounces of choclate syrup the recipe called for. Maybe that had something to do with it.
The only change I would make is to bake them for less time, maybe 20 minutes, instead of the recommended 30 minutes. They were a little dry at the bottom.
I tested this recipe so that I can serve these cupcakes to my grandchildren for dessert the next time they come over to Grandma's house for pizza night. I am sure they will love them."

"These wings are "off the hook" good. I used some of my homemade peach preserves and added a little red pepper flakes to give them an extra bite. I will be making these again and again. I cannot wait until I have another party so that I can serve these delicious wings to my guests.

"I made this to serve before dinner on Thanksgiving. It was delicious. I used a large bottle of store bought sangria and used that as the wine. I added everything else from the recipe.
I usually don't like red wine, but now that I've tried this recipe, it is my go to recipe for an exciting drink to serve at dinner or a party, or just to have as a glass of wine.

"I made this recipe this afternoon, and I have to tell you it is loaded with flavor. I was in a quandry too about what to use instead of the pre-baked tart shells. I decided to make my own by making a pie dough recipe I found on the foodtv.com website. After doing that, I followed Aaron's recipe to the tee. I used a 12 serving muffin tin, and lined the tin with pie dough that I cut inot rounds from half of the pie dough recipe. I baked them ahead and then poured the custard over the cooled shells and filling. They turned out just fine. Really flavorful and delicious. I will save this recipe and definitely make it again and again.

I've been cooking since I was 12 years old. I learned to cook from my grandmother who was an excellent cook. I also took home economics in high school.
I've learned a great deal more since watching the Food Network and Cooking Channel. I love the shows and recipes.
