My Activity

Reviewed Sole Meuniere

"This came out perfectly. The fish was delicious. I agree with previous comments on the amount of olive oil needed to really get that beautiful brown color you want. Don't be afraid to really pour it on and let it fry in the pan until you're satisfied.

The goat cheese was delicious, but I would put it in the freezer for more than 15 minutes. A couple of mine fell apart in the pan, even though I tried to vigorously shake it to prevent sticking.

I would definitely make this dish again. It was incredibly easy and very delicious! Thanks, Anne!"

Reviewed Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

"?? Way too much chicken broth, it was all I could taste. I was expecting this to be creamy, this was just a throw together recipe. Needs less broth and some kind of thickening agent. Nothing at all like the good gnocci soup I've had in the past. "

Reviewed Garlic Roasted Potatoes

"This was a simple recipe to combine with fried eggs and coffee this morning. I used a convection oven, which reduced the cooking time by about 15 minutes. As others have stated, reducing the heat so the garlic doesn't burn is helpful, else you can just add the garlic in a little later during the cooking (last 5 minutes or so). Overall, a good side dish that's easy to make, just needs a little more seasoning. "
