This came out perfectly. The fish was delicious. I agree with previous comments on the amount of olive oil needed to really get that beautiful brown color you want. Don't be afraid to really pour it on and let it fry in the pan until you're satisfied.

?? Way too much chicken broth, it was all I could taste. I was expecting this to be creamy, this was just a throw together recipe. Needs less broth and some kind of thickening agent. Nothing at all like the good gnocci soup I've had in the past. "

This was a simple recipe to combine with fried eggs and coffee this morning. I used a convection oven, which reduced the cooking time by about 15 minutes.
