Reviewed Broiled Halibut with Bechamel Sauce

"Don't you hate it when people rate a recipe they've not made? Me too. I just happened to notice Giada said to use a glass pan to broil this dish in. I would caution anyone to make sure your pan says it is broiler-safe. Mine isn't. So I would use a metal pan to avoid shattering my glass pan. I am surprised someone at Food Network didn't catch this."
