Great Company recipe... The best part is that it can be made the day before and cooked the day of your party so that the host/hostess can actually relax and enjoy themselves too.

Fantastic recipe...I used a swordfish steak big enough for 2 to 3 people and since it was thicker I grilled it in my grill pan for about 3 minutes on each side then finished it off in the oven. For a little bit of extra flavor I hit the pan with a little more wine while it was in the oven. I can't wait for summer so I can use my own fresh roasted...
