Reviewed Baked Rice Pudding
"Not sure what happened but the custard was on top and rice at the bottom. I did modify it for 1 cup of rice but neglected to cut the sugar and raisins. I think it would be better without the raisins. The raisins lumped together in the bottom. Not exactly what I expected. Killed my craving for rice pudding.
