I would love to know how to make a quick sponge cake..Mine never turn out..You must be a talented cook...Your right egg whites would give you more of a mousse texture.The changes you made sound heavenly..

I used pure cane sugar, no bitter sweet chocolate or whipping/heavy cream a splash of vanilla almond milk, a tablespoon of white wine instead of brandy and a pinch of cinnamon.I warmed this in one pan fitted overtop the other pan that had the 2 inches of water..I put my tofu in the blender with a banana and the barely warm chocolate mixture.....

I made this tonight quick and easy...Remember a recipe is just there as a guideline.If you think it';s to much pepper don';t use that much... I didn';t have celery seed so I used Ms.Dash..I thought it was to much mayo so I used 1/2 with a splash of half and half creamer...."

I broiled my steak in an old seasoned black wrought iron pan following the directions. This recipe was wonderful. I had to substitute for ingredients I didn't have: for the whipping cream I used evaporated milk,the sun dried tomatoes I used fresh tomato, broccoli I used frozen French cut string beans. I thickened the whole recipe with 2 tablespoons of flour in 1/4 cup water at the end.Yummy!!!!"
