ok here is a good way to make this great, did it tonight and everyone wanted more, corn not flour rotel not just plain tomatoes add 1 tsp cumin ,1 tsp garlic powder , 1 1/2 tsp of black pepper , a little onion powder , 1 tsp of chile powder, and 1 1/2 tsp of tony chachere"s creole or to taste its like salt so taste it dont go to heavy whip it in ...
