I have made this recipe a couple of times with a couple little changes. I made the shrimp and sauce just as the recipe indicated, though maybe a bit more hot sauce. We are fans. For the rice, I used some salsa I had on hand and made risotto instead. It was wonderful.""

I have made this recipe a couple of times and it is awesome. I always used shredded carrots, the veggies are still cruchy and the risotto very creamy. I think I will make it for dinner tonight.
