Great recipe. I use frozen breaded or battered chicken bites. It takes a while for the sauce to thicken, but after the chicken is fried, I put chicken in sauce and let it bubble and it turns out great. Sometimes it can taste like Orange chicken, but it's still good. I haven't tried the rice. Goes great with the stir fry green bean recipe."
