I've made this with halibut and it turned out dry. With the extra Italian Herb baste, I put it on steak and broccoli. I liked it better on the steak and broccoli than the fish. I made the baste again for steak and broccoli. I cooked the steak under the broiler. Very good baste for anything!"

I've made this about 4 times including for Thanksgiving dessert. I love this easy, impressive, quick and tasty recipe. I haven't put the cheese on it yet.
