Reviewed Pork Roast Stuffed with Ham and Cheese

This recipe is awesome! The pork is very flaverful and tender once cooked this way. Even my extremely picky husband liked it. Thanks Melissa!! My changes: I used 1/2 slice of swiss cheese per person (to cut back on fat, I used extra dry Martini & Rossi vermouth in place of the white wine, and I added extra carrots and chicken broth. ""
