Reviewed Chicken Pot Pie
"I made this for dinner last night (with a few modifications - It was amazing, my boys loved it. My husband ate two whole pot pies :-) here is what I did different...
I used a whole Rotisserie chicken, dark meat and all (mojo flavor)
I sautéed the carrots with the onions (why use another pot)- and added celery to that mix...
I omitted the pearl onions (because I used quite a bit of onions in the mirepoix)
I added mushrooms (because I love them oh and
I used a store bought pastry
