Good recipe, use often with some adds:
1 TBS cocoa powder
1/4 cub frozen blue berries
Instead of the Maple Syrup add a 1 to 2 tsp of Maple Sugar
With a 1/2 cub of Greek Yogurt you have a balanced breakfast in under 10 minutes."
