This is a really fantastic recipe which impresses anyone who eats it. I usually serve it right out of the oven over arugula and extra lemon.

Made it with some leftover roasted chicken the first time and then made it the second time poaching the chicken. Much better the first time and now that I how we make it...so good!!

Reviewed Beef and Black Bean Chili with Toasted Cumin Crema and Avocado Relish

After trying this recipe two years ago this is the only chili I make. The avocado relish is perfection. Side note, we just do regular sour cream.
