Reviewed Chicken Cooked in Beer

The vague directions leave a lot of interpretation. When you use beer in this manner, it just evaporates and does not soak into the meat. Halfway through the cooking, I just realized what would become of this: THIS IS A BORING STIR FRY RECIPE!

Not Iron Chef worthy. Unless you are considering Napa's Morimoto restaurant, which...
