"TERRIBLE...what a waste of money, wonderful products, and time to make following this recipe!!!!!!!!!!!You might as well call this Lemon Shrimp with Pasta.
This recipe loses taste-wise the herbs (especially garlic that is expected in scampi) and spice flavors in it's swimming liquids and then by adding lemon zest late, it dominates.
Suggestions is cook the pasta, drain, and zest a lemon in the pasta. While the pasta is cooking, saute the shrimp with all spices. Plate the drained pasta, add the sauteed shrimp, and then top with the herbs.
