Reviewed Thai Cucumbers
"Easy recipe to make. I couldn't find any seedless cuke's, so used a regular cuke. I would suggest doubling this recipe. ""
Reviewed Sweet Potato Salad with Bacon
"I followed the suggestion of roasting the potato's and the final dish was great. I used a champagne vinegar, since I had an open bottle handy. This is a very healthy recipe, (except for the bacon) that doesn't taste healthy. Going in the keeper file in my house. I didn't add any more EVOO at the end.
"My first attempt at potstickers, and loved them. I didn't have mushroom soy sauce, so used light. For the sauce, didn't have the black vinegar, and used rice vinegar, and the sauce was way too salty, so fixed it with some sweet chili sauce. Will get the correct black vinegar for next time. They were easy and fun to make. Severed them at a party, with about 8 other appetizers, and this was the only appetizer to disappear in the first 15 minutes.
"Made these for New Years Eve. Have been wanting to make them and so glad I did! I made the risotta in the morning. I prepped the balls in the breading about one hour before I friend them. Left them covered in the fridge. Only change-omitted basil since I didn't have any fresh, and used Fontina cheese, since I had it on hand. After I fried them, I then put them in a warm oven (200) for about 45 minutes, then served them when the guests arrived. They were awesome.
Reviewed Scooter Bars
"These were awesome. I bought the 14 inch tart to make them in. Followed the recipe and they looked and tasted great.
