Takes more than 35 minutes to prep this dish just because the dumb olives in this recipe do not come pitted....I live in NYC and i could not find pitted piccoline olives anywhere! This is my failproof dish. I've been making this for guests time and time again. I start off by sauteing some sliced shiitake mushrooms. The combination of the truffle butter & these mushrooms is soooo delicious! Serve it with a very green salad with a light vinaigrette.
