"Found this recipe while lookign for something to do with left over buttermilk! WOW...easy and super great. Tastes like you got them from the coffee shop. I add fresh mangoes to 1/2 the batch ( i live in Florida) and made the other half traditional. Used the buttermilk to brush on the tops and sprinkled them with suger, which gave them a nice c""
About Me
I absolutely love to cook, especially bake. Would someday love to own a small coffee shop and bakery.
I work as a store manager, so my days are jam packed with work and home duites. I have a teenager and have been married for 20 years! Wow i make myself tired thinking about it...lol
My inspiration for cooking comes from my family and what they like. I also enjoy using fressh ingredients whenever possible, especially fruits.
Favorite Foods
I love just about all foods. I really enjoy anything Italian, or Japanese, also anything with fish!
I am most famous for my baked goods. I never buys cakes and pies and my chocolate chip cookies are always requested for special events!
