Reviewed Lentil Soup
"I made this soup last night, it was fabulous, hearty and delicious. Made another pot today and added barley to up the ante and a few cans of spicy v8 to thin it out. Very happy with both results. Incidentally I like to use spicy v8 in place of water for many rice or barley/lentil recipes. Between this guy's brownies and his soup I've been one happy camper this weekend. Thanks AB
Made another pot tonight with sliced mushrooms. Smells great.

"I've been making this since last winter. I throw half a bag of chocolate chips in the mix if I have them around. And spiked with caramel vodka or peppermint schnapps makes it a very good adult beverage. Other liqueur choices, kahlua, coconut rum, chocolate liqueur, butterscotch schnapps etc. Oh, and I do the cinnamon in place of the cayenne. Also Frontier makes a good non fat dry milk and it's organic.
