Reviewed Tequila Marinated London Broil
"This recipe is fantastic. I didn't have Tequila so I used vodka and marsala wine and the siracha chile sauce that one post suggested and it made it have a nice kick. Great meat to bring to a grilling party. I found that cooking it to medium made the meat a little more tender but I ate it mooing.
