Reviewed Pistachio Crusted Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce

"The sauce is what made this dish, otherwise it's pretty obvious. I didn't even use the pistachios because, who keeps those around?

The one thing I did a little different is I put a little minced garlic in the pan with the salmon when I cooked it. I used steelhead trout instead of salmon but I couldn't tell the difference, it was DELICIOUS!
