"Good old comfort food. This dish warms you right up on a rainy, cold day. I used a store bought rotisserie chicken, Bisquick and a whole can of carrots. It was delicious. My only negative comment would be that a whole stick of butter was over kill. Next time I will use 1/2 stick.
