I really liked this idea, but thought it needed a little tweaking. Added a few drops of lemon infused oil, a couple of tablespoons of Mascarpone, and topped it with thinly sliced radishes instead of tomatoes. Yum! I also liked that you could make it in advance and it didn't turn brown or get the bread soggy."

This was the most amazing crust! I am really not a baker, but it came out perfectly. I didn't have any leeks, but added some julienned roasted red pepper and it was awesome! At first I thought I should have halfed the recipe, but ended up eating the leftovers all week for lunch--no complaints here! Thanks Anne!
