"Excellent! We added another cup of pumpkin, another 1/2 cup of flour, another cup of chips (we used semisweet), and doubled the spices.

Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

"A new family favorite! They are soft and a bit chewy. We used the juice from a whole lemon for both the glaze and the cookie itself and they came out sweet and tangy....they are like light chewy lemon bars!!!!!!!! DELICIOUS!

Reviewed Espresso Chip Meringues

"We used Starbucks French Roast Via and used four packets of it for a double batch. I think that it was a little too strong, but not horrible tasting. We have a gas oven so we lowered the temperature to 235 and lessened the two hour time block by thirty minutes and they were GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!
