Reviewed Jacques' Chocolate Mudslide Cookie

A friend of mine made these a few times and I decided to make some for myself. The other reviewers are not exaggerating their richness. They are quite intense. I used 60% and 100% chocolate. Instead of chopping up chocolate to stir into the dough, I used large 60% chocolate chips. I also substituted pecans for walnuts. They are delicious....
