"This was an excellent dish! My husband and I enjoyed it and my husband can be picky. I had never tried fennel before and was a bit nervous, but I loved it. I used 1 inch pork chops and seared them for 2 min. on each side instead of 4 but otherwise followed the same directions. It was great on a chilly fall night and is quick enough for a weeknight. "
