So so yummy! I don't make it much because gruyere is expensive- but when I have splurged, I LOVE the combination of all the flavors. It's a nutty, smoky, salty, creamy, delicious creation! "

THESE WERE SO GOOD! The cookies come out so soft and somewhere between brownie and a cake. (I'm partial to soft and chewy cookies so these are up my alley!) I tweaked the icing sweetness/tartness to taste and it was amazing on the cookies. These received praise from coworkers and boyfriend and his whole family. "

This is my favorite pasta dish! I make it whenever I have ground meat on hand. I have made it with ground turkey and regular 93/7 ground beef and it always comes out amazing with whatever red wine i have on hand!! I have never measured salt for a dish - always salt to taste!! This is not baking! "

This recipe was my go-to dinner throughout college! SO easy and versatile. It can be the base for so many pasta creations and is wonderful just as is. "

YUM! This was my first fruit tart and it came out beautifully. I spread the crust out in an oval shape inside a 13x9 pan lined with crisscrossed foil for lifting out later. Baked for 12 minutes and lifted it out to let cool. I also only used 1 stick of butter instead of 1.5, and the crust was still flaky, buttery and good. Thanks Paula!! I'll definitely...

This soup is delicious!! I used 2% milk instead of half and half and used baby bella, portobello, oyster, and shiitake mushrooms. I also added a couple drops of hot sauce for a little kick. Will definitely make this again! Thanks Ina!

This was my first try at chicken n dumplings and this recipe turned out fabulous!! I used canned pillsbury (Simply) biscuits and ripped them into little dumplings as a shortcut. I also added a little corn starch to help with thickening and served with chives on top and some buttered rice. THANK YOU RACHAEL!

Don't give a recipe one star if you made coconut cookies knowing you don't like coconut! Loved these! People often rate low because they can't follow directions.
PS reducing sugar will reduce sweetness...
