Reviewed teriyaki salmon with mirin cucumber salad

This is a grilling staple with cheaper salmon at our house. We don't use it on the Copper River as that salmon doesn't need anything. I have made this dressing but use on a simple asian salad instead of just cucs and it is wonderful with at least half of the oil.

This is a staple in my house. The on-line recipe doesn't match her book recipe. The book calls for 1/2 cup but from only 2 lemons. I don't even measure just use 2 lemons. This is plenty.
