"I made this for a reunion weekend when we had six of my husband's buddies and their wives in town. Although this says that it serves 6 to 8, those would be good size servings. When you serve it alone, 6-8 would be reasonable, but I paired it with a sausage/egg casserole, zucchini bread and bacon - and, it served everyone nicely. Everyone raved ""
