Reviewed Coconut-Watermelon Salad

I loved this! I can't explain what the watermelon turns into, but it turns into ... something ... beyond watermelon. Haha. So delicious. I used table cream with Stevia instead of sweetened condensed milk. I can only imagine the amazingness if real sweetened condensed milk was used. "

Tonight, I Googled and Googled for a good first time halibut recipe. I ended up here! Boy, am I glad. I loved the light crisp from the flour. What a perfectly cute and delicious hunk o' fish this recipe makes. The asparagus rules, too. This is a definite keeper. Thank you!

It's so good! I will make again and again. I don't feel like anything was missing at all. My boyfriend needed a ketchup puddle to dip his meatloaf in, though. The onions on top are really flavorful and got a little crispy... good stuff. Thanks for a tasty, healthy meatloaf, Ellie. I could eat a hunk of it for breakfast because of its oatmeal content....
