Reviewed Red Velvet Cheesecake
"Very easy, but had trouble finding the cookie crumbs. Apparently our local grocers only stock them during 'holidays', so I bought two Oreo pre-made pie crusts, crumbled them in the bottom of my springform pan, and molded my own crust. Worked great, and cheesecake turned out beautiful, though cracked. Paired with some nice port. Husband, myself""
